We continue to resist putting up our prices to reflect the cost of living crisis - The slight increase reflects the longer days. We strive to offer excellent care and loads of art/craft and baking in our woodland garden setting, and your day includes snacks, drinks, tea, marshmallows and all baking and craft materials.  
Special events may incur a slight premium
Please bring a packed lunch and a bottle of water
A change of clothes is always a good idea, and wellies when it rains

Please try to book ahead. We have to juggle staffing, family elders and dog sitting, so need time to plan. ANY UNBOOKED DAYS WILL BE CANCELLED AROUND THE BEGINNING OF JULY. 
Please read through the rules page with your children prior to visiting.

All policy documents available for scrutiny on request.  Staff carrying out any roles that require a DBS check will get one. The Secret Garden at Ottery St Mary holds an appropriate insurance policy which covers the activities offered including camp fires and animals on site. Children are required to follow our rules at all times to ensure their safety and the safety of others. There is always some 'downtime' offered when the children can rest and choose from a number of activities should weather/situation require it. 

Please try to honour all bookings and let us know as soon as you can if your  circumstances/requirements change. All invoices to be paid by date stated. I regret that we are unable to refund should your child cancel on the day or once the week has commenced. If you cancel before the holiday we will try to fill your place.  but if we can't then we will not be able to refund. Regular cancellations might affect your ability to book in the future.  

And finally! We lock the house and often will be in the beautiful garden running about and making plenty of noise, so please try   not to come early. We always send someone to let you in at the time you book to arrive - we might not hear you at the door if you come earlier than expected - but that's because we'll be having so much FUN!! :)
